full moon rising of the heart

Where I go is where inside me I've already gone

Getting used to a shift in sleep and morning routine as my schedule becomes more night-heavy. I used to struggle a lot more with this. Now I feel largely accepting and calm, albeit slightly uncomfortable. Many kinds of events and interactions which used to set off anxious and depressive thoughts and feelings in me now have smaller impact. If previously I was kicking furiously in the transition from 'conscious incompetency' to 'conscious competency', I must now be entering the more seasoned part of the latter, where mental, emotional, and spiritual skillsets are becoming more settled, and I can tread water a little. I keep finding ways to reinforce these pathways, while learning to accept everything which comes without immediate judgement and attachment. The landscape of my interior world must be nearly unrecognizable to past versions of myself. This is how I like to travel.

Where am I going? The roadmap is iterative, an amalgam of my intentions and desires, and the shifting circumstances of life. The more I know what I want, with granular specificity, the easier it is to get there. I am sharpened to such a point that I move like a needle through the media of reality; delicate, precise, piercing.
